Peanut Productions successfully managed a hybrid event for Coca-Cola held at their head office in North Sydney. The event brought together 130 in-person attendees and 150 online viewers from 20 different countries. 

The event was structured as a conference, followed by a networking session. This format facilitated both formal presentations and informal interactions among attendees. Most attendees were external suppliers, including key figures such as the leadership team and the VP of Procurement Global. This diverse group provided a rich environment for networking and collaboration. 

The primary goal of the event was for CCEP to share a business update with their network of suppliers. This aimed to foster better partnerships, encourage discussion, and explore improved ways of working together. 

To make the event truly memorable, we incorporated technology enhancements and ensured seamless management of suppliers, partners, and staff. Attendees were treated to immersive experiences, including personalized touches and premium guest services, all while enjoying the scenic views of the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge.
