For the 2024 TCS Sydney Marathon, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) partnered with Peanut Productions to create an exclusive, premium experience for both runners and guests. This multi-day event, held at Bennelong Lawn, included the creation of a custom-built TCS Clubhouse, designed to elevate the experience for over 500 VIP attendees.
Our team managed the entire event process, from conceptualisation to production, overseeing everything from the site build to event logistics. The TCS Clubhouse featured a bespoke pavilion, activations, food and beverage offerings, and high-end branding and styling. The experience was meticulously curated to reflect TCS’s global brand values while ensuring guests felt welcomed and celebrated throughout the marathon weekend.
To make the event truly memorable, we incorporated technology enhancements and ensured seamless management of suppliers, partners, and staff. Attendees were treated to immersive experiences, including personalized touches and premium guest services, all while enjoying the scenic views of the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge.
